On the morning of June 6, Dr. Wang Jianxun, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Institute of Translational Medicine, presided over the “two learning and one doing” learning and education meeting, which was attended by all Party members.

At the meeting, Dr. Wang Jianxun conveyed the main spirit of the “two learning and one doing” promotion meeting of the University Party committee and the relevant work deployment of the Party trade union of the Medical Department. Dr. Zhang Lei read the learning implementation plan of the University Party Committee on “learning the Party constitution and rules, learning a series of speeches and being a qualified Party member” among the Party members of the university. All Party members earnestly studied the spirit of the document and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on “two learning and one doing.” According to everyone’s learning situation, Dr. Wang proposed to seriously formulate and strive to improve the learning and education plan of the Party Branch in combination with the actual work situation and in strict accordance with the requirements of the Party committee of the university and the Party Working Committee of the Medical Department. All Party members at our college should carefully identify and solve their own problems according to the Party constitution and rules, improve the Party spirit, and enhance the awareness of Party members. In addition, because the establishment of an institution is an opportunity, seize the opportunity of the 13th “Five Year Plan,” play an exemplary role as a Party member, establish a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, mission, and sense of ownership, give advice and suggestions for the development of the Institute, and create a new situation for the development of the Institute. Dr. Wang finally stressed that everyone should not slacken but adhere to the study of the Party constitution and rules, further enhance the awareness of politics, the overall situation and alignment of the Institute, change the work style, and ensure learning.
