Research Interests
1. Regulatory mechanism of epigenetic modification on cardiovascular disease;
2. The role and mechanism of noncoding RNA in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases, including atherosclerosis, aortic dissection, abdominal aneurysm;
3. The study on the regulatory mechanism and therapeutic targets of chronic inflammation;
4. The delivery system researh of nucleic acid drugs;
5. Translation medicine research: Explore molecular markers for early diagnosis of vascular diseases and develop detection kit; Develop therapeutic targets of vascular diseases and relative drugs; Develop relative equipments in detection and therapeutics.
