2014-present Focus on non-coding RNAs in heart diseases; scRNA-seq and heart regeneration

2009-2014           Focus on effectors during the interaction between fungal Magnaporthe oryzae and rice through bioinformatic analyses, uncovering novel effectors and pathogenicity-related genes, revealing gene gain and lose dynamics in genome evolution.
